We are constantly seeking to ensure that we are aware of changes and trends in the construction industry. We are able to respond positively to the increasing demands of our clients in terms of reducing time, cost and risk by introducing adaptations to most forms of procurement. We have refined the more traditional elements of cost consultancy services, such as construction procurement to embrace techniques used in construction management, management contracting and design and build management.  

We have been successful in securing regular and new appointments through the recession enabling us to keep pace with the fluctuating construction economy and be aware of the abilities of contractors in the industry. We are often able to save our clients a minimum of 10% of the construction costs even in a fast track project where the pressures on the programme often exceed the pressure on cost.
