Strategic Briefing
- From the outset we will establish the overall project objectives and constraints. Our recommendations will be governed by the classic triangle of construction parameters:
Appointment of other consultants
- The manner in which we coordinate appointments will be dependent on the procurement route selected.
- We will identify the roles, duties and terms of appointment of the other consultants
Client Sign Off Procedure
- Processes will be put in place for the client to authorize both new works and changes.
Project Control
- We will establish a project reporting structure and agree both an overall project budget and a master programme.
- Regular cost appraisal and progress reports will be presented in order to track the project's development
- We will also establish on site procedures and provide extensive handover and aftercare services.
