• From the outset we will establish the overall project objectives and constraints. Our recommendations will be governed by the classic triangle of construction parameters:

• The manner in which we coordinate appointments will be dependent on the procurement route selected.

• We will identify the roles, duties and terms of appointment of the other consultants

• Processes will be put in place for the client to authorize both new works and changes.

• We will establish a project reporting structure and agree both an overall project budget and a master programme.

• Regular cost appraisal and progress reports will be presented in order to track the project's development

• We will also establish on site procedures and provide extensive handover and aftercare services.
